PAYMENT TERMS:

All Sales Final
Courses purchased from The Richmond Institute for Continuing Dental Education are final and non-refundable. Payment must be received and verified before course exams will be available to take for accreditation. All payments must be made on our website with a valid credit card. No other form of payment will be accepted as of November 1, 2011.

Sales to U.S. Only
The Richmond Institute for Continuing Dental Education can only accept payment from individuals in the United States and some United States Territories.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Individual Use Only
Courses are available for purchase to obtain continuing dental education credits, only for the individual purchasing them. Each individual wishing to obtain CE credit for a course must purchase the course themselves. Courses may not be resold or republished for commercial purposes. Content of courses may not be changed or altered in any way.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY:

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

  • Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY:

This web site is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen on the site. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide personally identifiable information of any kind whatsoever. If a child under the age of 13 provides us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child may have this information deleted from our records by contacting us at the information listed below.
