On the latest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim announced that she has the rather interesting ability of knowing when someone has a cavity simply through her sense of smell. At one point during the show, the reality star immediately became suspicious that her sister’s husband, NBA basketball player Lamar Odom, had a cavity after giving him a hug goodbye and getting close enough to
acknowledge the peculiar scent. Once she told him, though, it was clear Lamar was not too happy about taking her advice to see the dentist as he ran in the opposite direction just to avoid hearing it.
Apparently like many others around the world, one of his worst fears is also going to see the dentist, stating “…I’m afraid of the dentist because I know I’ll most likely have to get a lot of work done”. (Sound familiar?)
Turns out, he did need to see the dentist after all as quite a few different procedures needed to be done, including a root canal and of course filling in that cavity, thanks to Kim and her keen nose for dental work.
